This role will report into Head of Engineering and will be responsible for managing a team of manufacturing engineers within the engineering function The focus of this role will be to ensure all equipment and manufacturing processes are running at optimum levels to facilitate the ramp up of the manufacturing operations Another focus of the role will be to ensure all lean manufacturing processes are embedded within engineering group and that OEE of equipment is managed effectively. This role will also focus on developing and managing the team of manufacturing engineers to ensure that all our delivering at their optimum levels within the group. This role will lead all lean and continuous improvement processes within the engineering function

Experience Required

Ideally technical degree qualification with 5-7 years process or manufacturing engineering experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment. Strong people management is essential Lean manufacturing or operational excellence experience is preferred Electronic or Automotive manufacturing experience would be a distinct advantage.
