Financial Reporting Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize the financial reporting working procedure, as well as the Financial Accounting and Reporting Policies;
- Act as the primary source of advice for Financial Accounting and Reporting queries;
- Manage the preparation of financial reports on all periodic basis;
- Manage the review of statutory financial statements;
- Drive projects, provide finance guidance and often serve as the first point of contact for finance and business partners to resolve issues;
- Supervise and assist in the training and development of the financial reporting team.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of financial experience or at least 3 years experience in financial or regulatory reporting;
- Qualified Accountant (AICPA or equivalent);
- E-commerce background, including working in a high-volume payment processing environment;
- Excellent understanding of IFRS and US GAAP reporting requirements;
- Experience working in a Big-4 public accounting firm is preferred;
- Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills;
- Strong intellect and analytical skills;
- Be able to work in a fast-paced start-up;
- To work with teams in the US, Ireland, and mainland China, a minimum of native-level English proficiency and basic conversational Chinese proficiency are required.
