D365 Business Central Support Consultant

Location: Dublin

We are seeking a Business Central Support Consultant to join our clients team. They are a prominent company with a dynamic and diverse client base both domestically and internationally. With over 15 years of experience in delivering ERP projects using cutting-edge technologies, they pride ourselves on our highly skilled staff and their expertise across various sectors.

The Role:

• Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate requests. (L1/L2)
• Work towards achieving SLA targets.
• Participate in customer calls.
• Adhere to standard tools, processes, and practices as defined.
• Review, update, and create documentation.
• Maintain high standards of customer engagement and service.
• Complete work-related training and learning with the aim of obtaining relevant Microsoft Certifications.
• Demonstrate a strong desire and ability to learn new platforms and technologies.
• Collaborate with team members and team leaders to successfully deliver services.

Your Experience:

• 3+ years in an IT Support Role or 1+ year in an ERP Support Role.
• Dynamics Business Central knowledge
• Completed L1/L2 support requests
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and communicate with users at all levels.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
