Overview:

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the building of complex automation machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Fit and assemble mechanical components based on provided drawings. Conduct precise setups of mechanical equipment. Build and wire electrical panels following electrical schematics. Perform soldering tasks for connectors and PCBs. Ensure efficient organization of project materials, workspace, and workflow. Install and configure equipment at customer sites. Uphold high standards of build quality. Collaborate closely with Engineering teams. Adhere to all relevant quality standards including Revision Control and Documentation procedures. Participate in Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement activities. Modifying equipment enclosures using power and hand tools Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment. Be prepared to travel and work extended hours during busy periods. Fill other duties as directed by the Team Lead.

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in a factory environment is preferred. Demonstrate hands-on work experience is essential. Some exposure to Milling, Turning, drilling, or electrical work is advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Skills & Abilities:

Proficiency in interpreting 2D/3D electrical and mechanical drawings. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Strong time management skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Customer orientated mindset. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously. Capable of meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. Trustworthy & efficient in all tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to make responsible & effective decisions.
