Are you a dedicated Accounts Assistant with a professional accounts technician qualification and 2-5 years of industry experience? We are looking for a skilled individual to join a finance team within an Irish Business.

You will work closely with the Accounts Team to support various financial functions and contribute to maintaining high standards of financial integrity.

What you will do:

  • Manage credit control processes and group debtors.
  • Prepare month-end routines and reports within agreed timelines.
  • Support the preparation of quarterly and yearly management accounts.
  • Assist with statutory audit preparations and annual budgeting.
  • Contribute to the purchasing process for group supplies.
  • Review and optimise supplier relationships to achieve quality and cost efficiency.

Who you will be:

  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in IT and accounting software.
  • Professional with an account's technician qualification.
  • 2-5 years of post-qualification industry experience.
