Traiter toutes les demandes de réservation des grossistes, les changements et les annulations reçus par téléphone, télécopieur ou courrier des établissements Marriott, des clients et des grossistes. Transmettre des informations ou documents à l’aide d’un ordinateur, y compris faire la relecture et l’édition des informations écrites afin d’en vérifier l’exactitude et l’exhaustivité. Vérifier la disponibilité du type de salles contractées et le tarif. Respecter toutes les procédures particulières associées aux réservations, selon le grossiste ou l’hôtel pour lequel les réservations sont faites. Suivre les procédures établies de recours à la hiérarchie lors du traitement des préoccupations des clients. Suivre toutes les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise; s’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel; protéger tous les biens de la compagnie. Accueillir et saluer tous les clients selon les normes de l’entreprise; anticiper et traiter les besoins de service des clients; aider les personnes handicapées; remercier les clients en leur témoignant une véritable reconnaissance. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication; préparer et réviser des documents écrits de manière précise et complète; répondre au téléphone en utilisant l’étiquette appropriée. Développer et maintenir des relations de travail positives avec vos pairs; soutenir l’équipe afin d’atteindre les objectifs communs; écouter et répondre de façon appropriée aux préoccupations des autres employés. Se conformer aux attentes et aux normes d’assurance qualité. Lire et vérifier visuellement l’information sur différents formats. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu’à 10 livres (5 kg) sans assistance. S’acquitter d’autres tâches raisonnables, à la demande des superviseurs.
