Senior Network Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join our team. You will join a team-based work environment and you need to equally familiar with and delivering solutions that meet challenging requirements.

You will report to the Senior Manager of IT Operations.

You will design, manage, and automate traditional, cloud and hybrid network technologies including load-balancers, firewalls, remote access systems, SD-WAN and WiFi.

This is hybrid position.

Technology You'll Use

Cisco routing and switchingExtreme wireless networking technologiesPalo Alto firewalls, security solutions, remote access systems and SD-WAN technologiesF5 load balancersInfrastructure as Code , scripting and automation tools (Python, Ansible)IaaS/PaaS on Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP and OCI)

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

Manage and design cloud and data center class network technologies centered around Cisco and multi cloud-based infrastructureIntegrate traditional on-premise network infrastructure with cloud-based network technologyMaintain Palo Alto firewall technologies to provide a high degree of securityMaintain a Palo Alto SDWAN infrastructureEnsure traditional and wireless LAN based network technologies operate to a high standardEnsure high availability, SSL acceleration and SSL offloading through F5 Big IP technologyDocument network environments, deploy network policy documents

Role Essentials

Four-year degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an background of experience that merits equivalency.Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IaaS/PaaS role on Public Cloud.BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experienceMinimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
