Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Bring your culinary skills to life by preparing and executing a diverse range of dishes, ensuring they meet our high standards for taste and presentation.
  • Quality Control: Take pride in ensuring that every dish leaving our kitchen is of the utmost quality. Collaborate with our culinary team to continuously enhance our menu offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work hand in hand with our Head Chef and kitchen staff to meet production goals. Share your expertise and assist in training junior kitchen staff.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Keep our kitchen workspace pristine, organized, and fully equipped to support the culinary team's success. Strictly adhere to hygiene and cleanliness standards.
  • Inventory Management: Play a key role in managing kitchen inventory, reporting any shortages or discrepancies promptly to maintain a smooth operation.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a production kitchen is a plus.
  • Possession of a culinary diploma or relevant certification is highly regarded.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
  • A creative spirit with a passion for culinary excellence.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and remain highly organized.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
