This position is located in CBS Primary School, Cloonalour, Tralee, Kerry and operates around the primary school calendar. We provide snack packs and hot lunches to primary school students, prepared fresh onsite and delivered to the classrooms. Our employees are off at the break periods: midterms, Christmas, Easter and summer(unpaid). This may appeal to people with school going children.

The position of Catering Assistant is approx 32 hours per week Monday - Friday.

Shift approx 8.00am-3.00pm (subject to change due to the needs of the school)

The role involves the preparation of snack packs and hot lunches, delivery of these to the classrooms, and end of day clean down.

Clean drivers licence essential.

Strong time management and organisational skills are a must as operating to strict break times.

Previous catering experience and knowledge of HACCP an advantage but not essential.
