We’re looking for a Logistics Planner based out of our Portlaoise site .

What you’ll do:

Administration of mobilisation and de-mobilisation /delivery of equipment and material to all new and existing project sites across defined territories, ensure submission of necessary documentation and update relevant systems and databases.

Ensure correct documentation of import and export processes for all materials and related equipment (including cargo/driver’s), liaising with appropriate authorities, as necessary.

Responsible for collection and delivery of equipment to and from customer sites

Develop and maintain direct lines of communication with all transport suppliers to ensure all requirements are met.

Produce relevant performance monitoring data with regard to On Time In Full and transport recoveries

Identify suitable equipment to fulfil contract requirements.

Ensure compliance to Aggreko procedures including ISO/ Internal/ External/ PLC Audits

Provide subject matter advise to employees where required.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

Experience in logistics/operations or supply chain management environment

Strong knowledge of technical procedures

Strong communication and organisational skills to manage supplier demands and heavy workload in a busy environment.

Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own work
