About The Role
Duties and Responsibilities of the Role:
Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere.
Attend to guests' inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Suggest menu items, offer recommendations, and assist with special dietary requirements.
Ensure guests' needs are met and exceed their expectations through attentive service.
Efficiently take food and drink orders from guests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff, maintaining effective communication channels.
Serve food and beverages promptly, observing proper food handling and presentation.
Assist in setting up the F&B area before service, including arranging tables, chairs, and tableware.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the F&B venue.
Clear and clean tables promptly after guests have finished their meals.
Process payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
Handle cash and POS transactions responsibly and maintain a balanced cash register.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
Comply with food hygiene standards and assist with regular cleaning routines.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service and a harmonious work environment.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to address any operational issues.
Requirements for the role:
Previous experience in the food and beverage industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
