About Us:

MyHome.ie is Ireland's leading property and homes portal. Established in 2001, MyHome.ie has transformed the experience of looking for a home for hundreds of thousands of house hunters and has also provided estate agents with an efficient and effective marketing tool.


In January 2007, the company was acquired by The Irish Times and relocated to the newspaper group's headquarters in Tara Street, Dublin 2 in June 2012.

In recent years MyHome has continued to grow with a rebranding in September 2011 being followed up with the launch of a range of mobile applications for iPhone, Android and iPad. A wide range of additional and unique features have also been added to the site in recent years including the Price Change feature, On View listings and the Property Price Register, all of which have helped to enhance the user experience for all visitors.


The Role:

We're seeking a motivated and organised Sales Executive to join the dynamic sales team at MyHome.ie. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about real estate and driven to support a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in the backbone of our sales operations, offering both administrative and strategic support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, addressing basic queries and directing messages to the appropriate Account Manager efficiently.
  • Support for Account Managers: Provide essential support to Account Managers, assisting with the management and setup of new client accounts, including updating account details as necessary.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate and deliver insightful monthly reports on market share and other metrics. Your ability to navigate data will be key in driving our competitive edge.
  • Marketing and Event Assistance: Play an active role in marketing efforts, from setting up campaigns to distributing marketing packs to agents. Your creativity and organisational skills will help amplify our presence in the market.
  • Administrative Excellence: Manage documentation for banner campaigns, assist in creating sales proposals and PowerPoint presentations, and handle monthly invoicing and follow-ups on outstanding bills.

 

 

What We're Looking For:

  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for handling phone calls gracefully.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in a sales support role would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
