We are seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist fluent in German to join our talent-driven team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to finding and securing top-tier talent. Key Responsibilities
    • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for positions in German-speaking markets
    • Implement various strategies to attract and engage high-quality candidates
    • Actively search for both active and passive candidates
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key roles in German-speaking regions to meet future recruitment needs
    • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to align on staffing needs
    • Conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person), evaluating candidates for cultural fit, technical expertise, and career aspirations
    • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
    • Support the company’s employer branding efforts
    • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to local employment laws, data protection regulations, and internal policies
    • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities
    • Provide recommendations to enhance recruitment strategies
    • Regularly update management on recruitment progress, KPIs, and any challenges, ensuring alignment with hiring goals and deadlines.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) are essential, with proficiency in English for internal communication
  • Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience, particularly focused on the German-speaking market
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven experience in sourcing candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and headhunting
  • Skilled in conducting interviews and assessments, with a focus on evaluating both technical and cultural suitability
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, providing insights on recruitment best practices and market trends
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple vacancies and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude in adapting to shifting business priorities
  • Proficiency with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • Understanding of cultural nuances and employment laws relevant to the German market.
