As a Data Analyst 2, this individual will help with setting effective drug pricing within our provider networks to meet client and pharmacy contract guarantees through financial and network pricing modeling, analysis and reporting. Primary Roles & Responsibilities of a Data Analyst 2:

Work alongside other Data Analysts to implement pricing models, including data ingestion and preparation, analysis and modelling, performance tracking and documentationAssist with managing client & pharmacy performance by completing pricing updatesOwning and maintaining in house analyticsPrepare reports and present these to various levels of internal staff Identify new ways of automation and streamlining business processesCommunicate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements

Required Qualifications of a Data Analyst 2:

Experience in analytical roles (e.g. business analysis, data science, data analytics)Experience monitoring data quality and building data validationsSQL programming with the ability to perform effective and efficient querying involving multiple tables and subqueriesExperience working with and creating databases and visualizations using all relevant data to inform decisionsStrong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilitiesExperience building and maintaining ETL pipelinesExperience in developing production-level code in Python

Preferred Qualifications of a Data Analyst role:

Master’s in a technical disciplineExperience working as part of an agile delivery modelExperience using Python data science/engineering librariesExcellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skillsStrong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people, and projects simultaneouslyExperience with Azure or other cloud platforms
