Purpose of the role

To act as the person responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of the client services function, including reception, catering, events and concierge, ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to as well as leading by example in providing a world-class service at all times. Support to assist in the running of the office facilities and meeting room AV may be required from time to time.

Candidate Overview

We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience: 

Educated to leaving certificate level or equivalent. At least 2 years Receptionist experience preferred.  Experience of using a booking system, preferably Condeco. Excellent IT skills to include all MS Office packages. Relevant experience of working in an office environment within professional services preferred. Experienced in a customer service/partnering environment; highly customer focused. Ability to work both as part of a team and unsupervised. Ability to work under pressure. And manage conflicting demands. Ability to use PC based departmental systems effectively. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, both written and spoken. Effective and intuitive communicator at all levels. Diligent and methodical approach to all aspects of work with a keen eye for detail. Proven organisational skills. Ability to identify any Health & Safety risks.
