Bam FM is currently recruiting for a Lifecycle Manager.

This role can be based out of any of our Ireland office locations and will include a combination of office, travel to site and remote working. BAM operates a flexible working policy.

Your mission

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lifecycle Fund Management: Oversee lifecycle funds for 25-year PPP contracts, ensuring accurate budget delivery and sufficiency models from inception to expiry.
•    Budget Review: Review annual lifecycle budgets and agree annual plans with each facility.
•    Funder Applications: Submit annual lifecycle applications to funders and monitor lifecycle works, including payment applications and monthly reporting.
•    Procedure Implementation: Develop and implement asset lifecycle procedures to optimize performance and opportunities, and mitigate risks.
•    Value for Money Seek value for money through bundle-wide agreements
•    Technology Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve / upgrade technology through innovation and new technology, within budget constraints.
•    Business Development: Opportunity to grow Lifecycle Services as an offering to a wider Client base through business development with new and existing Clients. Assistance with tendering.  
•    Systems Review: Collaborate with operations and quality teams to update asset lifecycle procedures, asset information management and reporting processes.

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications:
•    Qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related field with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in the Built Environment.
•    Experience in the built environment and asset management.
•    Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
•    Strong commercial awareness and budgeting management experience.
•    Excellent organizational, presentation, people management and interpersonal skills.
