We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team and assist in leading the kitchen operations of our clients' establishments.

We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Sous Chef or a highly qualified Chef de Partie ready to step into their first Sous Chef role. Your role will involve leading our kitchen team to ensure the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence. Your background in the hospitality industry, coupled with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding culinary creations, will make you an invaluable part of our team.

Requirements

  • Responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen and food preparation process.
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food production.
  • Assist in developing menus and creating new dishes, maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, ensuring optimal stock of ingredients and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, complying with all sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance on cooking techniques, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and effective communication within the culinary team.
  • Manage and coordinate food preparation for events and special occasions, ensuring timely and efficient service.

Essential Qualification

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a professional kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
