As the Finance Intern you will support the financial planning and analysis team to build forecasts. You will have varied responsibilities which will include working on cross-functional finance projects, running reports and analysing data and providing business analyst support through data gathering. Working Schedule:

This is a full-time position with standard working hours Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Primary Responsibilities of the Finance Intern:

• Support the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team to build forecasts.
• Assist with the month end close process for assigned businesses or groups.
• Provide business analyst support through data gathering for monthly reporting packs and various business requests.
• Run reports, analyse data, and identify trends to support the FP&A team.
• Work on cross-functional finance projects – such as process improvements and innovation initiatives.
• Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis and investigate issues providing explanations and interpretation.

Required Qualifications of the Finance Intern:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance

Preferred Qualifications of the Finance Intern:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite – particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Demonstrate ability to be a team player in a previous role or hobbies/interests
• Ability to work from the Letterkenny or Dublin Office
