We are currently recruiting for an Accommodation Assistant who will work within our Accommodation Department. As an Accommodation Assistant, you will be part of a large diverse team operating at a fast-paced centre of excellence. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of the Accommodation Manager and the Accommodation Supervisors. This is a great opportunity to grow & develop a career.

  • To greet and acknowledge all guests and colleagues in the hotel

  • You will be required to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas

  • You are required to work as part of a team in a very busy working environment

  • Ensuring that you provide each guest with the highest levels of housekeeping service in accordance with our 5 star expectations

  • To provide a full service to vacated bedrooms and replenish stayover bedrooms in accordance with the hotel standards

  • To understand all standards of performance and delivery within the accommodation department

Requirements:

  • Our work schedule is flexible in terms of hours and days; however, we typically require availability during midweek and weekends. This can be further discussed during the interview.

  • Able to organise situations in a busy work environment

  • Enjoy challenging tasks, and able to act in a positive manner

  • Be consistent in providing a high quality service

  • Act as a team player at all times

  • Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment

  • Communication and interpersonal skills
