SelectEvidence® guides medical device manufacturers and healthcare providers through the processes of identifying and mitigating applicable threats to medical device products. Nova Leah is currently seeking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager to support their international expansion in the US.

Job Profile:

The successful Account Executive (AE) is self-starting, hardworking and able to manage multiple priorities. They are responsible for serving the needs of existing customers and managing the whole sales cycle for existing and new customers. They will work with the Lead development representative who develops initial interest and establishes the potential need for Nova Leah services. The AE is responsible for holding discovery calls, establishing specifics through that discovery call(s), setting the demonstration meeting with the prospect, and closing the deal.

The Account Executive is one of the most important members of the Nova Leah team, representing our company in the industry and establishes relationships with both existing and potential clients. The principal responsibility is to foster a strong relationship with client companies through an exceptional customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a competent, motivated, and ambitious Sales Account Executive to join our rapidly-expanding team. Sales Account Executive will be directly responsible for the maintenance and expansion of our customer base in the fast-paced cybersecurity industry.

Work as part of the team to build a strong pipeline of opportunitiesProfiling/researching new existing leads to create a detailed view of the current and future Nova Leah customer needs for cybersecurity technologyMove the customer from interest to active interest; help our customers evolve from a stage of consideration to purchaseManage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a dealThrough researching and prospecting you will create higher value opportunities and develop a sales pipeline with high sales conversion ratesWork closely with multiple stakeholders (lead development team, technical team, marketing team…) to achieve specific goalsCreate detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotasUnearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnershipsPresent products to prospective clientsProvide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedicationRemain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needsRespond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputationNegotiate agreements and keep records of sales and dataKnowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principlesEnsure exceptional internal & external customer satisfactionExcellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

Qualifications:

BSc or BA in business administration, sales, marketing, or technical discipline2 – 5 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar role in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional organization offering high-tech products/servicesProven success as an Account Executive, sales/customer service, business development role and managing multiple projects in a high growth environment where priorities shift fastOutstanding knowledge of MS Office and using a CRM softwareSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s successCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsExceptional time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skillsEnthusiastic and passionateExcellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationshipsStrong business acumen, negotiation skillsGoal-oriented and drivenA technical background in Engineering, Computer Science idealIn-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies related to cybersecurity and the ability to understand and identify opportunities for customers
