About the team
The Training and Quality team is a critical means by which we guarantee safety and quality on the platform. The team is responsible for communicating with different parties to improve and refine our internal guidelines across a range of strategies to help optimise user experience.As a Quality Analyst, you'll conduct content quality audits and data analysis to provide accurate and continuous quality feedback to all relevant stakeholders. You will be closely monitoring our platform's content ecology in collaboration with cross-functional classmates to ensure the utmost safety and cohesion in our language-markets for our users. By auditing and monitoring content, you'll join our collective efforts to optimize the implementation of our Policy guidelines with various stakeholders with whom you'll have regular communications to accomplish our companies goals: To deliver quality content and ensure sustainable product growth by complying with our Trust & Safety requirements. Responsibilities- Quality Assessment and atmosphere evaluation including but not limited to comments and keywords.- Help build a scalable and effective labelling processes.- Work closely with in-house / outsourced Operations and Safety teams.- Conduct quality assessment work by ensuring and evaluating the quality delivery of the content reviewed in Ukrainian market while also be able to using English as the working language.- Conduct root cause data analysis and provide key actions to improve processes.- Produce structured feedback, support and supervision, and acting as a trusted point of contact for external stakeholders.Minimum qualifications:- Full Ukrainian language proficiency (C1), and English (C2).- High school degree, and first experience working in a high-paced work environment.- Highly organised, able to work under minimal supervision, an eye for detail and the aptitude to make ongoing improvements in your everyday work.- Great time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.- Ability to manage multiple requests for information and handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.- Outstanding communication skills (verbal/written), ability to deliver sound judgement and clear feedback.- Excel/Goggle sheets knowledge (basic). Preferred qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or above.- Past experience in content quality assurance for short video content.- Interest, understanding and/or experience with the challenges faced by self-regulating social media platforms, especially in the Trust and Safety area.- Knowledge of current TikTok trends and popular content on the Ukrainian market.- Ability to evaluate large data sets, and draw actionable conclusions in a clear and concise manner.- Interest in working in a high-paced, quickly changing work environment, resilience when facing challenges, and quick adaptation to changes.- Excel/Goggle sheets knowledge (intermediate).
