CT Clinical Specialist Radiographer

A leading private hospital in Dublin is seeking an experienced and skilled CT Clinical Specialist Radiographer to join their team. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional ready to step into a leadership position, working in a state-of-the-art facility. You will play a pivotal role in managing CT imaging services, ensuring high standards of patient care and contributing to the professional development of the radiography team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the CT department, ensuring a high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with the broader multidisciplinary team to support patient care pathways.
- Supervise and mentor junior radiographers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence.
- Contribute to department planning, quality improvement, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- BSc in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent.
- A minimum of 6 years experience in CT or a post graduate qualification in CT plus a minimum of 3 years experience.
- CORU registration is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience working within a team of Radiographers.
- Experience in cardiac CT, CT biopsies, and virtual colonoscopy.
- Experience with intravenous cannulation and contrast administration.
