We are hiring a  CNM2- Medical / Respiratory unit for a Private Hospital in Galway, Ireland.   37.5 hours per week
We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality, respect, caring, and compassion are at the center of all we do. 
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient care to ensure the highest professional standards using an evidence-based, care planning approach.
  • In the respiratory unit, the CNM2 will organize, oversee, and direct the development and provision of nursing services.
  • The CNM2's main responsibility within the nursing team will be to provide clinical and professional leadership.
  • In order to support the efficient, effective care and streamlining of patients through the unit, as well as the coordination and administration of activity and resources within the clinical area, the CNM2 will exhibit a high degree of ability and competency.
  • The chosen applicant will collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team, bed management, nursing management, and discharge planning to accomplish the unit's goals.


Requirements
  • Be registered / eligible to register in the General Division of the NMBI Nurse Register.
  • A BSc degree is preferred, but management degrees and postgraduate certificates in respiratory studies are also acceptable.
  • Five years of overall nursing experience, of which three to four years were spent in respiratory nursing or a similar field
  • Posses showed clinical, managerial, leadership, and customer service skills
  • proactive planning combined with efficient resource coordination
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; the capacity to inspire employees; adaptability in work procedures.
