Description:

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned IT Program Manager to join a thriving, dynamic and collaborative team, to manage and coordinate a number of site facilities projects for the Real Estate team working closely with, and reporting into IT. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, good business acumen, great verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships. S/he will exhibit a professional manner with a curious mindset, tenacious drive to achieve to the highest of standards and not afraid to take ownership & accountability. The client is an Agile organization following SAFe Agile Methodology and demonstrable experience of working successfully within this framework is desirable. Although reporting into the IT PMO; the role will work closely with the Real Estate team.

Core roles / Responsibilities:

•Managing multiple client-facing implementation projects to budget, scope, and schedule.

•Executing site reviews to create detailed plans, risks, assumptions, cost estimates and audits

oTravel to global sites or work remotely by guiding on site teams where appropriate.

•Third party vendor collaboration and where needed, oversight.

•Risk management and mitigation.

•Contribute to facilities process and template documentation striving for continuous improvement.

•Managing project scope and objectives by participating in SAFe PI Planning and representing stakeholder priorities where necessary.

•Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.

•Ensuring deliverables and milestones are delivered and completed as required.

•Coordinating with internal resources and third-party vendors on project execution.

•Assessing and performing risk management protocols to mitigate and resolve project risks.

•Following change management procedures to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

•Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with third parties/vendors/partners.

•Planning, monitoring, and reporting on project status and performance data to management and stakeholders.

•Identifying potential stakeholder conflicts and facilitating resolutions.

•Preparing and tracking post-go-live issues to ensure a successful stabilization phase.

•Tracking and reporting on issues, deliverables and project milestones.

•Ensure program transparency and visibility with all stakeholders.

•Provide regular program updates supported by metrics by which to track progress.

•The confidentiality of some facilities projects (covered below).

•The potential long timeline of some projects (related to PI Planning)

•Collaboration with Real Estate team on budgeting (FP and FC cycles) and capex approvals.

•Senior business and functional leadership interaction

•Cross functional site/facilities requirements integration
