Resource Administrator

O'Leary International are currently looking for an analytical, detailed oriented person to join our  team and help us optimise the use of they key resources we allocate within our business. You will be based in our offices in New Ross, County Wexford.

                      Take charge of fleet fuel consumption analysis.

                      Continuous improvement of fuel consumption through detailed monitoring and corrective action.

                      Driver monitoring and corrective training.  

                      Work closely with HR and Fleet Manager on driver training (focus fuel consumption, etc.).

                      Compile reports as required by management.

                      Any ad-hoc duties as they may arise. 

                      Team player who actively participates in shared objectives / goals.

                      Attention to detail.

                      Strong IT, interpersonal and communication skills. 

                      Experience in a similar role / fast passed work environment.

                      Fluency in English essential. Romanian or Polish Language skills an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
