Principal Product Manager - Compliance

As a Principal Product Manager of Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring that Epicor's products meet the highest standards of quality, security, and compliance across different markets and industries. You will work close with product management and development, legal, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to define and implement compliance strategies, policies, and best practices. You will also monitor and analyze the evolving regulatory landscape and customer feedback to identify and prioritize compliance requirements and enhancements. 

What You Will Be Doing:

Define and lead the strategic product compliance direction and priorities across core ERPs Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance roadmap, covering areas such as data privacy, security, accessibility, industry-specific regulations, and global trade compliance Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate compliance requirements into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria Provide guidance and support to product development teams on compliance best practices, testing methodologies, and documentation standards Conduct compliance audits and assessments to ensure that Epicor products meet or the expectations of customers, regulators, and auditors Communicate and educate internal and external audiences on Epicor's compliance features, benefits, and value proposition Research and benchmark compliance trends, best practices, and competitors in the ERP software market

What You Will Likely Bring:

10+ years progressive experience in product management, compliance, or a related field 4+ years of specialized/industry experience Bachelor's degree in finance, law, business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Deep understanding of the compliance challenges and opportunities facing ERP software customers in various markets and industries, such as manufacturing, distribution, retail, and automotive Strong knowledge of the compliance standards and regulations applicable to ERP software, such as GDPR, CCPA, SOC, ISO, PCI, HIPAA, ADA, FDA, etc Proven track record of delivering compliance solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels Strategic, analytical, and creative mindset, with the ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle Familiarity with the latest technologies and trends in the ERP domain, such as SaaS, AI, DaaS, etc. Demonstrated ability to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions that align with customer requirements and business goal
