As an HR Business Partner based in Dublin, you will collaborate closely with leadership to develop and execute, driving the business and the company's operations in Ireland, the UK, the Nordics (Norway, Denmark, and Sweden). Your expertise will be pivotal in areas such as employee relations, talent management, performance management and organizational development.

In this role, you will align HR practices with business objectives, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and enhance people experience along the end-to-end HR processes and solve complex request from employees related to the HR realm, fostering employee engagement, and driving organizational growth, helping to build a positive work environment.

Role Responsibilities  

Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR programs aligned with business goals as trusted advisor. Provide guidance on HR policies, performance management, and conflict resolution. Partner with Talent Acquisition and the other relevant COEs such as C&B, HRIS, PR, ELC, HR Knowledge Center, facilitate the recruitment process and facilitate across the board a flawlessly implementation of the Western Union HR Philosophy as well as the global approach to talent management. Implement performance management programs and drive employee development initiatives. Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster high performing organization. Stay updated on employment laws and regulations in Ireland, the UK, the Nordics, and other regions. Support organizational change initiatives and provide expertise in change management. Utilize HR data and metrics to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Role Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field; HR certification preferred ( e.g.CIPD) 4- 5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a multinational environment Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Ireland, the UK, the Nordics, and international HR practices. Excellent interpersonal, multicultural communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite; Experience with Workday is preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix organization and work across different regions and departments. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
