Dispatch Co-Ordinator

Keegan Group comprises of Keegan Precast Ltd, Keegan Quarries Ltd & Keegan Calcium Carbonate Ltd. of Keegan Quarries Ltd, Keegan Precast, and Keegan Calcium Carbonate Ltd. We are a well-established and leading supplier of high quality construction products within Ireland and the UK.

We are looking for Plant Shipper/Dispatch Co-ordinator for one of our divisions at our Plant, based in Trammon, Rathmolyon, Co. Meath

• Taking orders & responding to sales enquiries from customers and potential customers.
• Coordination of all deliveries and shipping.
• Daily management of the plant, ensuring sufficient supply of materials required.
• Liaising with the maintenance team to ensure necessary routine and non-routine maintenance is carried out

The Ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working in a busy shipping/dispatch environment**
• Have good attention to detail, be very organised and an excellent multitasker
• Good phone manner and customer service skills.
• Have a positive and proactive approach
• Have good IT skills

A good knowledge of Quarry Products would be a distinct advantage.

Full Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
