Key responsibilities:

Customer Service and Team Leadership:

      Provide Best in Class customer service.

      Lead and mentor a team of electricians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

      Conduct regular team meetings to ensure clear communication and team alignment.

Health and Safety:

      Adhere to and lead the enforcement of company health and safety policies and guidelines.

      Ensure all team members comply with safety regulations and conduct regular safety audits.

      Implement and monitor safety training programs for the team.

Business Operations:

      Comply with and implement existing business operation procedures.

      Take complete ownership of the working environment and systems.

      Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for electrical maintenance and projects.

Service Delivery:

      Ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds the requirements of SLAs.

      Support helpdesk to tasks are completed and closed in a timely manner.

      Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the building.

Project and Task Management:

      Plan, supervise, and execute small electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

      Ensure all RAMS are up to date prior to commencing works on site.

      Coordinate with Facilities and IT departments on project works.

      Manage all spare parts and inventory for your responsible area.

Maintenance and Repairs:

      Safely and efficiently install, maintain, and repair plant and equipment as required.

      Carry out routine Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).

      Perform electrical diagnostics and fault finding on equipment.

      Undertake corrective maintenance as required.

Audits and Reporting:

      Carry out audits, rounds, and readings on site, taking remedial actions where necessary.

      Keep appropriate records for services carried out.

      Report all malfunctions to the Facilities team and ensure solutions are implemented.

Energy Management:

      Implement energy-saving initiatives and monitor energy consumption.

Additional Duties:

      Assist with HVAC, mechanical maintenance, and building fabric repairs as required.

      Work flexible duties and hours depending on requirements and On-Call Rot

About you: 

      Fully Qualified Electrician with 2+ years' experience in Facilities and services critical environment.

      Proven Experience & competence in, PAT and Thermal imaging predictive maintenance.

      Detailed Knowledge of PPM Systems.

      Proven competence of Emergency Lighting and Fire Protection and Detection Systems

      Basic Handyman, building maintenance skills.

      Basic knowledge / understanding of HVAC Systems.

      Competent in MS office.

      Ability to work in a pressurised environment.

      Flexible approach to duties assigned.

      Methodical / Analytical approach to work.

      Excellent interpersonal skills.

      Team player.

      Proactive "can do" approach.

      Previous work experience in a similar role an advantage.

      Irish full driving licence.
