Job Overview

We are the largest fire consultancy in Europe with offices located in Belgium, Finland, Italy, and the UK & Ireland. Our reputation for providing innovative, design focused solutions has made us the consultant of choice for many of Europe’s leading property clients.As a Fire Engineer you will be an integral part of a dynamic technical team, working with our experienced Engineers alongside other teams including our Forensics division you will work on the industries leading technical projects.Working with us offers an exciting range of opportunities to develop your career within a supportive and diverse team who always strive to do the right thing for our people, clients and communities.You will be given early the opportunity to progress rapidly. Responsibilities

Preparing fire strategies for a wide range of buildings using ADB, BS9999, BS9991, BS7974, HTM Guidance and BB100 among other documents.Take a lead on Technical projectsManage medium/large size projects including fee proposals and invoicing.Be the expert to our clients and that all important first point of call.Lead discussion with design team, building control and fire service.Attend industry conferences to Network and embrace industry trends and best practicesSupervise and train graduate engineers.

Requirements and Qualifications

A background in fire engineering preferably within a consultancy environmentA bachelor’s degree or higher within Fire engineeringIdeally working towards becoming a Chartered engineerThe right to work in Ireland The ability to undertake works independentlyThe ability and desire to mentor and manage our young professionals
