Afternoon Receptionist

Permanent role – five days per week
Hours 2pm – 6.30pm (With potential to pick up ad hoc extra shifts to cover leave etc.)
Client facing role with additional admin duties
You will be the face of the business, meeting and greeting important clients as they arrive to the firm for meetings. You will have Corporate Front of House experience and have a warm but professional demeanour.
In addition to welcoming visitors you may be required to:
Manage meeting and conference room bookings Work with AV Technicians to support Zoom and other teleconferencing software. Allocate car parking spaces, and grant access passes. Proactively manage catering requests for meetings. Organise taxis. Carry out general office admin duties – photocopying, scanning, distribution of documents /post.This role will suit someone looking for part-time hours.
