Responsibilities:

  • Consistently provide exceptional guest care, service, and professionalism
  • Deliver top-notch spa therapy, ensuring our guests feel pampered and cherished
  • Promote and upsell spa treatments, securing repeat bookings and enhancing guest loyalty
  • Prioritize guest safety and comfort throughout their spa journey
  • Collaborate on additional tasks as needed, achieving shared goals
  • Maintain an immaculate working environment


Requirements:

  • ITEC qualifications
  • Proficiency in massage treatments, body treatments, facials, waxing, manicures & pedicures

  • Reflexology qualification and experience
  • Retail sales experience
