Are you an ambitious Qualified Accountant looking for opportunity that can elevate your knowledge and experience further ? If so, we are looking for a Financial Reporting Accountant to join our finance and actuarial team of 9 based in central Dublin and work closely with our Reinsurance Finance teams in New Jersey, London and Singapore.

The role will support the Head of Finance in the completion of day-to-day reinsurance accounting reporting activities and work with the wider International Reinsurance finance team to deliver on and support with special projects essential to a high-quality finance delivery in a transformation environment. This role will be ‘hands on’ where new ideas are welcomed and expected. As a team we operate with a flexible mindset to support each other and ‘get the job done’ - you will be flexible and excited to operate in and contribute to a fast paced and dynamic environment.

What will you need?

You will be a recently qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with financial services experience, preferably in the (re)insurance sector. Bringing to the role a strong understanding of (re)insurance accounting principles, including Solvency II (desirable). Multi-tasking skills with a focus on delivering outcomes to a deadline is critical along with a curious mindset with the ability to understand, explain and bring an appropriate level of challenge to the processes we operate.
