Role Purpose
The overall purpose of the MNC Sales Team is to grow Vodafone’s Business across the Tier 2 Multi-National Accounts by delivering solutions to support Vodafone Ireland achieve its ambition as a European digital leader.

What will you be doing?
MNC NAM is responsible for growing the business with strategic clients identifying opportunities and leveraging Vodafone’s market leading solutions across Mobile and Fixed Connectivity, Security, IOT and Cloud solutions. Understanding the account landscape and maintaining an up-to-date account plan to support the objective of identifying opportunities and target customers for Mobile and Fixed Acquisition. Develop Stakeholder map for target customers, leveraging Vodafone Leadership team and Marketing activities accordingly. This will require regular interlock with Global Account Managers (GAM) to influence investment decisions for Ireland. Experience in responding to RFIs/RFPs where the NAM will have specific ownership of Mobile RFIs/RFPs responses. Lead and protect the mobile revenue while growing market share through increased mobile subscription. As the NAM you will be expected to have a detailed understanding of the customer's industry, associated business priorities which will inform future 'business outcomes focused' proposals. Responsible for ensuring Customer is kept informed of Vodafone Ireland and Global capability, strategy and innovation developments/investments. Responsible for maintaining and growing the Customer's Revenue with Vodafone (across Mobile & Fixed). Responsible for renewing and growing Mobile business ensuring all customers are in contract, upselling Value-Added Services (VAS), and driving net new Mobile sales to drive future growth. Responsible to drive NPS across their Accounts, gaining insight on any detractor challenges across their Accounts and proactively sharing within Vodafone for action.Overall responsibility
Revenue retention & growth (via Mobile and/or Fixed) Account stakeholder relationships and developing/expanding our stakeholder map Account strategy RFP/RFI visibility and Influence (Mobile - lead, Fixed - support Solution Sales) Mobile Pipeline generation and coverage Identification of Fixed Pipeline opportunities, working alongside Solution Sales (who lead engagement/progression of the Fixed Opportunities) Customer/Market analysis to identify trends and opportunities Shared responsibility for adoption of Vodafone products and services Protection of Mobile subscription base and annual growth thereof. Global interlock with expanded Global Account Team
What KPIs will you be measured on:
Primary objective will be protection and growth of the Mobile Base which will include measurement of mobile net adds across account base Secondary objective is to drive growth across fixed business via interlock with GAMs and local tactical requirements Pipeline identification and growth measured weekly across fixed and mobile with expectation of 3 x cover Growing and Increasing Revenue across fixed and Mobile Leveraging marking activities to expand buying centre within account base

Senior sales professional with 5 years plus experience in strategic complex sales role in a highly competitive environment Business acumen, presentation, and leadership skills Deep understanding of ICT and digital transformation Strong communication/influencing skills. Self-starter Strong expertise in identifying and developing relationships with Senior Stakeholders across Target Customers. Ideally Exposure to sales methodologies ( MEDDDPICCC)
