We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join the Dublin team and support the expanding needs of the business. Reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will be a key person in the finance and operations function of a rapidly expanding business. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to bring their experience and leverage what they have learned to date and grow within a scale-up environment. 

In this role you will:

  • Management Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of the consolidated management accounts. Analyse to identify trends, perform variance analysis, and recommend actions for optimization. 
  • Statutory Reporting: Manage all statutory reporting requirements including the annual audit and account submission process for all entities.  
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals in collaboration with the CFO 
  • Tax Compliance: Manage the tax compliance of the business across all jurisdictions, working with local service providers where needed.  
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor the company’s cash flow, prepare cash flow forecasts, and manage working capital to ensure sustainability and operational effectiveness. 
  • Internal Controls and Compliance: Enhance and enforce policies and procedures to improve internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. 
  • Financial Strategy: Assist the CFO in developing and implementing financial strategies to drive growth. Participate in strategic projects, including mergers and acquisitions, as needed. 
  • Team Management and Development: Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional development. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management. Act as a key contact for external auditors and other financial stakeholders. 
  • Adhoc Projects: As a growing business – implementing change and managing projects is a part of what we do. Being adaptable and willing to take the lead on projects will be a recurring aspect of the role.  

Requirements

You must be ready to work in a fast paced, high growth environment, with a large amount of flexibility required. 

 

  • Recognised accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA) 
  • Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience – with at least two years in a similar level of role 
  • Experience in an international business structure where consolidation required is key 
  • Experience of SaaS and a recurring revenue environment a positive 
  • Must be a self-starter with a willingness to take initiative and implement improvements 
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficient in advanced excel and financial modelling 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
