In this exciting role you will play a key part in supporting the Ryanair operation as we continue to grow to 800 aircraft and 300+ million passengers per year by 2034.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Diary & meeting management.
  • Travel/hotel arrangements/ bookings & itinerary preparation.
  • Cover other PA’s / Reception annual leave.
  • Event management / prep for meetings.
  • Drafting weekly reports.
  • Producing reports using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects as and when they arise.
  • Screen incoming calls, email and correspondence and respond independently when possible.

Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience in a similar EA role.
  • Friendly, open, approachable personality.
  • Comfortable dealing with senior level management.
  • Must be a fast thinker with a positive attitude.
  • Have the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
  • Ability to work with sensitive information confidentially.
