The Role

Responsibilities
- Supervising the front of shop in the Pharmacy including all premium skincare ranges, fragrances, and OTC
- Oversight and responsibility for the branch retail turnover, stock management and profitability to achieve the Group's overall targets
- High levels of Sales, Service & Standards for customers and branch
- Sales and promotions
- A strong knowledge of pharmacy products and services
- Cash management duties
- Adhering to company standards and procedures
- Merchandising and Marketing
- Responsible for the overall ordering, merchandising and selling of stock
- Support colleagues working elsewhere in the branch as needed
- Drive community initiatives
Skills and Experience
- Two years' retail experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Conducting and leading excellent sales skills and customer service required
- Target-driven and sales-focused
- Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude
- Helpful and courteous manner and Customer focused
- Fluency in English
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Work on own initiative and make decisions
- Pro-active and energetic demonstrated by prior engagement in community initiatives
- Professional and discreet, empathy and understanding of our customers and each other
- Ability to adhere to and drive exceptional store presentation standards
