Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Check all deliveries and match against order forms.

  • Check all deliveries and ensure comply with HACCP requirements.

  • Label items with storage details.

  • Place goods in the allocated storage areas.

  • Complete Orders.

  • Enter details of received delivery slips, requisitions and invoices into the computer.

  • Count and record the number of items in store during stock stake.

  • Advise supervisor about stock and re-ordering levels.

  • Clean and organise the storage areas.

  • Complete requisitions, ready for pick-up.

  • Security of Storage

  • Structure delivery times with Suppliers.

  • Check all items for Quality and Best Before Dates.

  • Requisition of Stocks and distributing to relevant departments.

  • Stock Rotation.

  • Help with the set up of function rooms

Requirements

  • Previous experience working is stores/ back of house

  • A friendly positive can-do-attitude

  • Must be fluent in English both written and oral

About The Role
