:What you’ll be doing:
Deliver an excellent customer experience by providing a customer-focused, right first-time service, managing any customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion. Ensure day-to-day service delivery targets are met, dealing with all queries and requests in a timely, professional and consistent manner. Accurately capture data and enter it on to the relevant systems. Respond to all contacts from both internal & external customers made via all the available channels.What we’re looking for:
Fluent Irish Speaker Excellent customer service skills – with the ability to communicate both clearly and effectively. Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, including a high standard of vocabulary & grammar. Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills – with thorough attention to detail. Ability to work towards customer service SLA’s and KPI’s. Computer literate (including Microsoft Suite) and data entry skills.Location:
