We are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie for Airfield in Airfield

Location: Airfield

Rate of pay: €14.00 per hour

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, work 5 days ands 2 days off. & day operation. Mainly day time hours. Must be available to work weekends.

Also available to work the occasional night time event.

Key responsibilities
  • maintaining and controlling a section in the kitchen
  • excellent time management and problem solving skills
  • HACCP certified and a high level of hygiene
  • creative mindset and a passion for locally grown food and a zero waste attitude towards food prepartion
