The Senior Director of Rebate Analytics will be responsible for overseeing multiple rebate analytics teams that are accountable for supporting and delivering analytics to support the wider needs of the Industry Relations business. This leadership role will have oversight and accountability for how the different teams support the business and will be responsible for ensuring delivery of business value in each area, use of best practices across the team, delivery of consistent coherent and coordinated analytics, and ultimately meeting needs of the business and serving its strategic direction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and centrally collating inputs from each business area within the enterprise and servicing their needs. They will partner cross-functionally across the business, finance and IT teams to garner a deep understanding of all elements of the rebate business along with the underlying data and infrastructure to lead a streamlined, agile team of business and data analysts to develop fit-for-purpose analytics. This will include the stewardship and evolution of the underlying analytics model, analysing rebates from pharma to client.

The role will report into analytics leadership in Ireland but be integrated wider Industry Relations team, taking business direction from various stakeholders as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Lead multiple and large teams responsible for delivering rebate analytics to the Industry Relations team, covering topics including (but not limited to) formulary analytics, Medicare analytics, strategic analytics, and billing analytics, as well as any scenario and tactical analyses as needed

· Be accountable for the underlying data model and processes that underpin all rebate analytics, including how the data model and process is updated and evolves based on business needs

· Have clear understanding of analytics needs describing both pharma-side rebate billing/collections as well as client-side rebate guarantees and disbursals

· Have a flexible and responsive team capable of answering both the strategic and day-to-day needs of the business, varying from tactical analyses on specific drugs/manufacturers to supporting enterprise-wide strategies

· Work closely with cross functional teams i.e. IT, Data Strategy and BI and reporting teams to ensure all data and reports are consistent, meet business needs and are based on the appropriate metrics and KPIs

· Partner and coordinate with the Finance team on all rebate reporting and analytics to ensure consistency and avoid any duplication

· Collect market intelligence to evaluate the impact of market events and enable the development of appropriate strategies in response

· Assess and evaluate risks to rebate revenue and profitability, including quantifying impact and developing solutions to address risk and opportunities

· Solid stakeholder management experience

· Responsible for driving strategy

Required Qualifications:

·Bachelor's Degree

·Experience in working with and analyzing financial data to develop business insight and strategy

·Proven ability to work well and collaboratively, with multiple teams or departments for business growth or profitability goals

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret complex information

·The ability to work a portion of monthly work hours from our Dublin or Letterkenny office is required.

·Experience in SQL, Data Modeling is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (finance, accounting, mathematics, engineering)

·Experience in managed health care or pharmacy benefit management

·Advanced degree (e.g. MBA)
