Responsibilities:

As a Senior Account Manager at the biggest creative production company on the planet, you are a key point of contact for a high profile spirits client, who seek MediaMonks for the strategy, creative and production of their digital briefs. Embedded within the client team in Dublin, Ireland you will nurture an ever-expanding client relationship in line with business objectives. You’ll work side by side with your clients to engage new production projects from the start, proposing solutions, assessing the feasibility and driving high quality campaigns. You manage projects in partnership with Media.Monks Producers based across EMEA, facilitating new opportunities in lockstep with Media.Monks production capabilities You manage weekly internal meetings to monitor progress / escalations / opportunities You act as a partner who understands the client’s businesses inside out, ensuring that remote Media.Monks teams are fully aligned to their needs and objectives You are an incredible relationship builder and have ideally already worked on programmes for brands in the spirits industry You demonstrate industry knowledge and application to business challenges, and keep abreast with industry trends which you share to the account team and client  Reporting into Client Lead, you regularly provide client opportunities and status updates, supporting leadership on target objectives.

About You

The essentials:

This role requires someone with 6+ years experience managing business accounts in the creative, social media, advertising or production space.  You are fluent in English You understand the nature of networked agency business, working with teams in offshore hub locations as and when required You love to geek out when it comes to industry innovation because while managing relationships is your foremost responsibility, you’ve got to grasp digital media in a way that allows you to help scope and propose target-driving quotes and timings. In addition to broad production knowledge, you have an attention to detail when it comes to campaign and programme budgets With your strategic mind and presentation skills, you can talk fluently to Media.Monks’ case studies, capabilities, and culture You make it your business to keep clients happy, thinking not in projects but client partnerships You are an outgoing, sociable individual, ready and are a strong team-player.
