The successful candidate will work within the non-contentious construction team of this commercial Dublin law firm.

The contentious  construction team has extensive experience of handing construction disputes. Paying particular attention to the early identification of problems and the provision of advice throughout the course of the project, the team ensure that clients have advice that can be acted on in real-time. Critical and prompt analysis of construction claims is essential. The team specialise in assisting clients to undertake proper examination of difficult prolongation and additional cost / damages issues in both advancing and defending claims.

The  non-contentious  construction practice is focused on early provision of advice and input to the best advantage of clients. We pay particular attention to the examination of the proposed method of procurement for construction works and the risks attendant to various contract structures. The practice aims to assist clients in the successful and commercial execution of their projects, whether as contractor or developer.
