Are you passionate about beer, do you want to be a key player in ensuring consumers get the perfect pint of Diageo’s market leading draught beer brands such as Guinness, Harp, Rockshore, Carlsberg or Smithwick’s then this is the role for you. The primary focus of this CPM role is to maintain beer dispense equipment across Ireland for our client Diageo. The role may in the future also include working across Service and Project teams within the full CPM Guinness Quality Team.

 

We are recruiting for three Quality Rep roles for the following territories, Dingle, Limerick City and North Kerry and it would be desirable for the winning candidates to be residing within or close to these areas.

Every member of the CPM team contributes to the overall growth of our business. People are at the core of CPMs business proposition so as a key member of the QSP team this role is expected to make a significant contribution to delivering value for our client demonstrating initiative to drive best practice and continuous improvement. A “can-do” attitude combined with a customer-centric focus is essential for success in this role.

Requirements

  • Ensure the Diageo range of draught beer brands look and pour perfectly across the defined territory.
  • Complete dispense line hygiene procedure for every account within the defined territory within a structured journey plan for the area.
  • Maintain a focus on the 7Cs Guinness Quality Standards for every call in the defined territory.
  • Act as the first point of contact for a specific set of calls in the territory.
  • Respond to and resolve customer emergency calls.
  • Accurate recording of Diageo Ireland assets in trade.
  • Product Quality Tracking and reporting.
  • To carry out Age of Beer reporting and return beer tagging.
  • To build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • To assist with outlet refurbishments and system upgrades when required.
  • To complete tap resites when required.
  • The installation and withdrawal of dispense equipment to include permanent and temporary equipment when required.
  •  All the above to be completed to company standard and within all specified SLA’s.
  • To operate in an effective, efficient and professional manner when completing all tasks and representing CPM and our client Diageo.
  • To work within industry health and safety standards.
  • To generate new ideas and ways of working.
  • To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers.
  • To always ensure that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks.
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager.

 

Experience:

 

  • Full driving licence is essential.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent client and customer relationships.
  • Can demonstrate a clear ability to manage client and customers in a professional manner.
  • Knowledge of beer dispense systems and equipment desirable.
  • Knowledge of beer dispense fault finding desirable.
  • Target driven with proven record of achieving KPI’s.
  • Organised and can manage a host of priorities.
  • Excellent commercial awareness
  • Energetic and enthusiastic
  • Previous electrical or plumbing experience desirable
  • Experience diagnosing faults.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education to Leaving Certificate.
  • Qualification in a trade is desirable.
