The Director of Food and Beverage will be responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage operations of our clients' establishments. This includes managing and supervising the staff, creating and implementing food and beverage menus, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with proven experience in managing food and beverage operations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive food and beverage strategies and plans
  • Manage and supervise staff, ensuring their training and development
  • Create and implement food and beverage menus, considering customer preferences and market trends
  • Oversee inventory management, controlling costs and minimizing waste
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain excellent relations with vendors and negotiate contracts for food and beverage supplies
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports on revenue, expenses, and profitability

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Proven experience in managing food and beverage operations in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
