  About the Tax Team

Our specialist team of over 30 Tax Professionals and 4 Tax Partners provide expert compliance, consultancy and advisory services to a variety of corporate and personal clients domestically and internationally. We deliver dynamic solutions to our extensive client base on areas including;

corporate restructures mergers and acquisitions succession and retirement planning inbound and outbound investment and relocation private clients - investment, wealth management and tax planning

Our thriving client base include multinational and domestic groups (Inbound and outbound) operating in diverse sectors including technology, med-tech, manufacturing, renewables, property and hospitality.

Role

RBK is currently seeking to recruit strong performing Tax Seniors to deliver our tax advisory and compliance services to an extensive portfolio of clients across a diverse range of sectors.

Roles can be tailored based on the candidates experience and career development objectives – so whether you want to broaden your role to gain consultancy experience across all tax heads, continue to focus on compliance or retain/develop a niche focus on a specialist area, we are hiring.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of personal income tax clients and ensure their returns are correct and filed on time. Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients and ensure their returns are correct and filed on time. Undertaking tax compliance and specific consultancy assignments in all areas of tax, to include Income Tax, Corporation Tax, CGT, VAT, CAT and Stamp Duty for allocated client portfolio and on certain projects. Assisting with Revenue aspect queries and audits. Direct contact with clients, the Tax Office, other Accountancy, Law and Professional Firms in the delivery of Client Service. Review/Manage work of junior staff and development of training programme.

Requirements

Applicants should possess an Accountancy Qualification and/or AITI with experience in Tax. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of clients and staff. Be fully aware and conversant with compliance standards imposed by the various regulatory authorities for tax and audit. Require an appreciation of the importance of continuous training (CPD) in these areas.
