Here's how you'll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life:  

 

  • To ensure all guests and members are welcomed to The K Spa and Palmer Gym and advised of the range of facilities and services. 
  • To ensure there is an orientation programme on the use of the gym facilities and equipment for all new members and to develop personalised fitness programmes where requested.
  • To actively sell Membership and achieve target figures 
  • To actively sell personal training to our members and achieve target figures. 
  • Prepare and deliver a combination of fitness classes daily
  • Manage & coordinate fitness programs and services in The K Spa and the Palmer Gym.
  • Track attendance, participation, or performance data related to gym attendance and classes.
  • Maintain or arrange for maintenance of fitness equipment or facilities.
  • Assist in developing marketing campaigns to promote a healthy lifestyle or participation in fitness program on Social Media
  • Teach fitness classes to improve strength, flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning, or general fitness of participants.
  • Train Clients for Personal training and achieve monthly Targets
  • Ensure the changing facilities are clean and well maintained
  • Manage or oversee fitness or recreation facilities, ensuring safe and clean facilities and equipment.




How we see you:



  • Proven track record in a similar role
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking individual with a strong commitment to quality and high standards
  • Will possess excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Will have fluency in English, both oral and written
  • Will have the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment
  • Will be flexible in their working hours
