Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Office Facilitator to join our team in Clonshaugh, Dublin. Working for a global, multi-national company in the chemical and cleaning product industry, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our office and showroom. This is a part-time role with 8-12 hours per week, offering flexible hours to suit your schedule, making it an ideal role for someone seeking flexibility.

As the Office Facilitator, you will be responsible for overseeing various day-to-day tasks to maintain the office’s functionality and professional environment. The successful candidate will be entrusted with keys and an alarm code, enabling you to open and close the office/showroom independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Maintenance & Supplies: Ensure the office is clean and organized. Stock up tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors.
  • Post & Printing Management: Handle incoming and outgoing post, letters, and deliveries. Print sales brochures and other documents as needed.
  • General Administration: Assist with general office management duties such as filing, managing office supplies, and maintaining equipment.
  • Showroom Support: Help prepare the showroom space for client visits and ensure all areas are presentable.
  • Flexibility: Provide additional support for office tasks that arise, based on business needs.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Trustworthy and reliable, with the ability to handle office keys and alarm codes responsibly.
  • Good communication and basic computer skills for managing administrative tasks.
  • Previous experience in an office, administrative, or facilities role is preferred but not essential.
