An excellent opportunity has arisen for culinary professionals to join our team as Commis Chef. The ideal candidates will have previous related experience within a 3* or 4* Hotel.
Responsibilities will include:
To cook and present the dishes in all food areas as per the menus
To comply with H.A.C.C.P & Covid-19 regulations
To work as part of kitchen team, fostering teamwork and good working relationships
To be aware and use the stock rotation system
To help train, grow & develop junior kitchen staff and Chefs
To assist the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen
To assist or be responsible for banqueting when required to do so by the Head Chef
