Job Title: Operations Manager

Position Overview: Seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, enhance productivity, and support growth objectives through strategic leadership.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Oversee and manage daily operations, including production, inventory management, quality control, and logistics. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of operations staff to achieve performance targets and objectives. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve workflow, and enhance overall operational effectiveness. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to support operational goals and objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field. Proven operations management experience in the Food Industry. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in supply chain management and relevant software. Track record of process improvements in fast-paced environments.
